We've had a complete redesign from an existing bungalow to a two-storey building. Our works involved completely removing the existing roof structure and ceiling and reinstating a new roof design and internal floor structure. Cedar cladding was used throughout the externals.
Full refurbishment of an end terrace house in Gloucester City. The property had no damp course and also suffered with some issues of subsidence. As part of resolving those issues, we also fitted new kitchen and bathroom.
This property was purchased by a developer at auction and was in a state of disrepair. We completely stripped out all leftover items and gutted most of the property, replacing them with new finishes. The extension to the rear was to add an open plan feel to the kitchen and dining room whilst installing roof lights allowed maximum natural light.
This property was part of a group of buildings constructed using PRC which no longer meets the requirements for gaining a mortgage against the property. Due to this, we were required to remove the PRC element and refurbish the property.
